Of Student Honors
The Masons award a second grade girl and boy the Masonic Students of Today award at the end of each school year. Our second grade Masonic Students of Today at Herald Elementary are Abi Richardson and Clark Nance. They are chosen for their being overall good students and leaders in their classes. Hey, guys! With cutting that last week off school, I had a scramble to get things done and sent out. Thus... I'm just now sending you the last of our character students for the end of the school year. I'm betting our parents are really wanting to see them in the newspaper and website. Herald Elementary finished out the school year learning about courage and integrity. Students and teachers from each grade level chose students from their classes that represented the character traits of courage (strength to act even when afraid or uncertain) and integrity (being strong enough to do what you know is right even when it is difficult). We are very proud of our Cardinals and are looking forward to seeing them during the 2016-2017 school year.
