5:00-8:00 p.m., Owasso location Band students of any age are needed to advertise/hand out flyers in front of the restaurant. Suggested volunteer times: 9th grade - 5:00-6:00 10th grade - 6:00-7:00 11th/12th grade - 7:00-8:00 I will have a few posters but feel free to bring your own to advertise.
3:00-7:00 p.m., Activity Building north of the football field Band students and parents needed to help Sign up in the band room or contact Nikki Robertson @ 918-625-5746.

7:00 p.m., Football field Hot dogs, chips, etc. (cost is by donation only) Mr. Mackey will provide information about upcoming year. Sign up for concession stand opportunities. Join Band Booster Organization (cost is $10)

First day of Summer Band Camp Football field in the morning, band room in the afternoon 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Band Room Be there by 5:45 p.m., Doors close promptly @ 6:00 p.m. Open to any student, parent, or family member who might volunteer for concession work. Tulsa County Health Department does a brief presentation and cards are handed out. Event lasts approximately 30-45 minutes. There is no cost. Please note: This year we will be doing concessions for Volleyball, Basketball, and Wrestling. This is in addition to the football games. This will allow several opportunities to earn credits toward the spring ski trip Mr. Mackey is planning.
There are 3 primary ways parents can receive Booster information. 1. Join our Facebook page (Collinsville Crimson Cadets Booster Organization). 2. Join our Booster Organization (cost is $10). In order for your Cadet to receive credit toward band trips or fees, you must be a member of our Booster Organization. 3. Sign up for our Booster Remind 101 text messaging. I would also encourage new students/parents to sign up for Mr. Mackey's Remind 101 text messages. Membership forms and Remind 101 text information will be available at the Welcome to Band Event, Saturday, July 30th. I realize this is an incomplete email list, so feel free to share this information with other band students and parents who might not know about the above events. Hope you find this
