19th Street Closures Come & Go
I started seeing "signs" August 9th and ran into actual closures on the 11th and 12th but the 19th Street roadway has been open most of the time between Broadway and Oak as it appears that block is being prepared for asphalt overlay soon? All of this is just blocks away from the 19th Street bridge replacement which has had that portion of the road blocked forover a month so far. -- Ted - Saturday 8/13/2016
FYI -- I'm seeing "road closed" signs being staged near the ends of the block of 19th Street between Broadway and Oak for some road repair / asphalting soon? (And perhaps other locations?) Also seeing some survey work for Center Street near the Post Office but expect that road closure is much further down the schedule. -- Ted -- 8/10/2016 -- {I had seen the county asphalt machinery on 156th St. N. near Memorial Monday evening}

All ECC Kindergarden Classroom Supplies Provided By First Baptist Church (Again)
ECC Kindergarten supplies were delivered by the First Baptist Church August 11th (for each classroom) as part of their women's missions. This is the 5th year those supplies have been provided by the church.
