into the 7th inning with a 3-0 lead but Coweta took the lead 3-4 on this
2 run double just beyond the reach of shortstop Makayla Bowman (#23).

hit and tried to add an insurance run in the 7th but the throw from Taylor
Reed (#14) in left field was in time to catcher Darci Chester (below). |

| Darci Chester (#22)
tagged out the Coweta runner (with Reed's throw) for the 3rd out in Coweta's
half of the 7th and Collinsville still just a run down but Collinsville
failed to get a runner on in the 7th and a second finals game would required
to determine the Regional champ ... starting about a half hour after the
first one Thursday. |
