City Commission 1. Call to Order. 2. Invocation. 3. Flag Salute. 4. Roll Call. -- Present (Garrett, York, Bateman, Francis) + Absent (Shafer) 5. Consideration and possible action relating to a request for Commission approval of the Consent Agenda. All matters listed under Consent are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non-debatable. --A.
Approval of Minutes from October 19, 2015 Regular Meeting. 6. Discussion and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda. -- n/a 7. Discussion and possible action relating to closing a portion of the Public Alley in the general location of North and East of the Northeast corner of 12th Street and West Plum Street. -- Approved, (see previous discussion: July 6 item 9) ... city will retain easements in new development by Kyle Smalygo ... across the creek from the daycare. 8. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 894, an Ordinance closing a portion of the public alley located in section 29, Township 22 North, range 14 East, City of Collinsville, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government survey thereof, said tract of land being more particularly described hereinafter, and retaining the rights of any holder of a franchise or others determined by the governing body to have a special right or privilege granted by ordinance or legislative enactment to maintain their existing utilities, and retaining the absolute right to reopen the portion of the public roadway without expense to the municipality. -- Approved (continuation of item 7) 9.
