2015 CHS Baccalaureate
Religious Service Moved To Nazarene Church Due To Weather Concerns
Had Been Planned For Sallee Field
With CHS Gym Unavailable
Collinsville Church of the Nazarene youth pastor Ryan Amey was the speaker for the Collinsville High School baccalaureate service held Sunday May 17, 2015. Continued rennovations at the CHS gymnasium initially moved the traditional service outdoors to Sallee Field, but anticipated rain a few days earlier moved the venue to the church. As it turned out the sun was out on a fine Sunday afternoon during an unusually wet month. The number of students and families participating was down significantly this year with the restricted space.

Due to weather concerns, the baccalaureate location has changed to the Church of the Nazarene located at 12th and Broadway. Start time will be 2:00 pm May 17th. -- Jon Coleman 5/12/2015
