ECC Character Winners -- Kindness & Courage & Honesty |
I would like to present
the ECC Kindergarten Character Winners for Kindness, Courage, and Honesty.
These children have worked hard to model these characteristics to their
peers and teachers. We celebrated with ice cream floats and each child
received a building kit from Lowe's. Way to go friends! We are "Building
Character" at the ECC. -- Diertra Harris (3/5/2014) |

School Snow Removal Crew -- Thanks! |
Good morning! Just
wanted to give out a quick shout-out to the "Snow Crew" that
donated their time and effort on Tuesday morning in getting our school
campuses ready for school today! As you probably know from your personal
experiences at your homes, there was a significant layer of ice/sleet
below the snow so removing it from the sidewalks and entrances was very
tough. These guys worked very hard and we really appreciate it! Just for
proof, see the attached photos...
Snow Crew: Jon Benham,
Jon Coleman, Kenny Chronister, Dale Harp, Art Smalygo, Kevin Jones,
Adam Haas, Ryan Christian, Sean Tesar, Tommy Redding, and of course
our favorite "do-everything" guys, Phil Davis and Travis Darland.
Jim Riley graciously bought them all a great lunch as a small token
of appreciation after the work was done. Louis and Kyle Keith did the
parking lots with their tractors as did Steve Brannon ... please thank
these guys if you see them...they were great! |
