Ted,
I am taking my classes to the park today to do an activity that helps them understand latitude and longitude. They have to find pre-determined coordinates in small groups. They will be racing other groups. It should be fun. Anyway, I was thinking it could be a good photo opportunity for our school site as we have not had many middle school pics lately. Also, I think it will show that Collinsville thinks outside of the box when it comes to getting out of the textbook/classroom.
If you have time, come out and say hello! -- Thanks,

Note: Susie Vaughn's P.E. classes make regular trips to the park ... today's trip included a jog to get there then tennis. And Mr. Tow's students were using the GPS feature on cell phones to locate specific spots. Both classes were there at the same time so I have combined them on this page. -- Ted
