1. Call to Order.

2. Roll Call. -- All Present: Glen Reser, Adam Stiedley, Cheryl Hunt, Eddie Tidwell. and Ted Wright (along with city manager, city clerk, public works director, code enforcement, Commissioner Brad Francis, LandPlan's Barbara Tartar, and Bill Johnston at city park)

3. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes for October 15, 2013 Regular Meeting. -- Approved

4. Discussion to give direction on the final revised Master Plan for any changes and give approval of the Master Plan based on the recommended changes. -- Action "Postponed" (we voted to "table" the item but the city clerk informs me that postponed is now the preferred term unless the item is tabled to a specific date). Several updates to the master plan drawing were discussed and agreed to but the overall approval was withheld as there was not concurrence on the design for the proposed pond. The main issue being LandPlan's recommendation to remove the large existing mound to increase the size of the pond. It was suggested that the design options (somewhat limited by the floodplain status of the nearby creek and the new trail elevation) be evaluated further. The locations of other items discussed were: modified (future) parking lot design to match current trail path; horseshoe pitch; extra playground equipment; sand volleyball pit; frisbee golf course; and potential statue.

5. Discussion and possible action to apply for Land and Wildlife Conservation Fund Grant for construction of pond. -- Postponed

6. Discussion and possible action regarding reservations of Park Shelters. -- Tabled to next meeting.

7. Adjournment.
