--C. Approval of Minutes from October 21, 2013 Regular Meeting.
--D. Approval to close Main Street from 9th to 14th Streets from 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.November 11, 2013 for the Annual Veterans Day Parade.
--E. Approval to close Main Street from 5th to 15th Streets from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. December 14, 2013 for the Annual Christmas Parade.
--F. Approval of Budget Amendment # 1 in the amount of $2,712.86 for Police Department Grants.
--G. Approval of Budget Amendment # 2 in the amount of $3,527.13 for Fire Department Cherokee Nation Donation.
--H. Approval of Budget Amendment # 3 in the amount of $1,154.98 for Police Department of Justice Police Vest Grant.
--I. Approval of Budget Amendment # 4 in the amount of $1,458.43 for Police Department Insurance proceeds for Unit #796.
--J. Approval of Budget Amendment # 5 in the amount of $4,306.14 for Police Department Cherokee Nation Donation.
--K. Approval of Budget Amendment # 6 in the amount of $1,100.00 for Police Department Wal-Mart donation.

* Shopping Center conference in Dallas (Pam and Stan Sallee to attend)
