4. Roll Call: (Herb Weaver absent) with Sink, Shafer,
York, and Francis present
5. Consideration and possible action relating to a request for Commission
approval of the Consent Agenda. All matters listed under Consent
are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted
by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from the Consent
Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.
--A. Approval
of November # 1 Payroll in the amount of 41,760.04.
--B. Approval of Claims in the amount of $66,217.34.
--C. Approval of Minutes from October 21, 2013 Regular Meeting.
--D. Approval to close Main Street from 9th to 14th Streets from 11:00 p.m.
to 12:00 p.m.November 11, 2013 for the Annual Veterans Day Parade.
--E. Approval to close Main Street from 5th to 15th Streets from 10:30 a.m.
to 12:30 p.m. December 14, 2013 for the Annual Christmas Parade.
--F. Approval of Budget Amendment # 1 in the amount of $2,712.86 for Police
Department Grants.
--G. Approval of Budget Amendment # 2 in the amount of $3,527.13 for Fire
Department Cherokee Nation Donation.
--H. Approval of Budget Amendment # 3 in the amount of $1,154.98 for Police
Department of Justice Police Vest Grant.
--I. Approval of Budget Amendment # 4 in the amount of $1,458.43 for Police
Department Insurance proceeds for Unit #796.
--J. Approval of Budget Amendment # 5 in the amount of $4,306.14 for Police
Department Cherokee Nation Donation.
--K. Approval of Budget Amendment # 6 in the amount of $1,100.00 for Police
Department Wal-Mart donation.

gas tax formula for city's cut)
* Shopping Center conference in Dallas (Pam and Stan Sallee to attend)
