Jr. Hi Football -- Spring Report
Spring is upon us. We have several of our athletes involved in spring sports. Those who are not participating in a sport are involved in off-season.

Some ask “what is off-season?” Well, it is a combination of weight room, core exercises, agility drills, flexibility drills, speed development, endurance, character development, and just plain hard work. It is amazing the improvement our players demonstrate during this time. The athlete’s bodies show gains in strength and size during this phase. It is the foundation of a championship program.

You can click on the link and see a short clip of our athletes during a typical workout: http://youtu.be/TmvJ41tRddU or search Jr Hi offseason on youtube.com

Don’t forget we host our 4th annual Jr. Hi track meet on Thursday, April 18th with events beginning at 2:00. Hope to see you there.

I'm assuming this will be before the CHS Soccer game -vs- East Central scheduled for April 19th at 6 & 8pm?-- Ted
