5. Consideration and possible action relating to a request for Commission
approval of the Consent Agenda. All matters listed under Consent
are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted
by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from the Consent
Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

of May # 3 Payroll in the amount of $47,174.47.
--B. Approval of Claims in the amount of $80,234.62.
--C. Approval of Minutes from May 23, 2013 Special Meeting.
--D. Approval of Mutual Aid Agreement between the City of Skiatook and the
City of
Collinsville, Oklahoma.

3. Consideration and possible action relating to a request for Commission approval of the Consent Agenda. of May # 3 Payroll in the amount of $29,379.66.
--B. Approval of Claims in the amount of $48,217.80.
--C. Approval of Minutes May 23, 2013 Special Meeting.

4. Discussion and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent
Agenda.

5. Discussion and possible action to approve bid on Walnut Street Storage Tank Interior Painting to lowest bidder, Tank Pro, Inc., in the amount of $61,623. -- Approved. The work could begin as soon as 2 weeks from now and the contract calls for a 45 days to complete. While the tower is drained the city will rely on the standpipe west of town (on 97th Street) for the city water supply gravity feed (with a reduced capacity which will be monitored closely). The company is based out of Alabama. The tower is inspected every few years and the last inspection came with a recommentation to paint the interior.
6. Public
Work Directors Report. -- Phil Stowell reported
on these topics:
-- Oklahoma's Severe Weather -- 2 large rain events here last week (one
about 5 inches) caused water in a few downtown buildings and concerns in
a few residential areas.
-- Memorial Day
------ Crews had splash pad ready for use by May 24th (had to fix one line)
------ Cemetery prep went well
-- Hogs "N' Hot Rods prep (for Sat. June 8th) -- will supply electricty,water,
trash polycarts
-- Park Trails (phase 2) -- expects some concrete pours this week / Tuesday
