| It has been a privilege
to teach Dylan in AP Calculus. He might be the best analytical thinker
I've had the opportunity to teach in Collinsville. He scored a "5"
on his AP Calculus exam, the highest score possible. This exam encompasses

| Dylan Helm (a 3-time state champion wrestler) will wrestle in the All-State games July 31st at Bixby (along with Zach Abkemeier). |
| Dylan also received an additional scholarship this summer from the ABMA (American Boiler Makers Association). That scholarship is for $3,250 and he was one of four students across the country to receive it. The application process included his academic and non academic achievements as well as recommendations from three school officials (Mr. Sparks, Ms Bearden, and Coach Harding) and an employee of Victory Energy (Aaron Anderson). The application also required an essay on Dylan’s perception of the future of boiler and combustion equipment industry, its role in the importance of the American economy and why as an engineering student he may chose this industry for a possible career. -- Tonya Helm (7/25/2013) |

| Gary Wayne Harding has announced (via his Facebook page July 23rd, 2013) his committment to OSU for wrestling after he completes his senior season at Collinsville High School. Harding is already a 3-time state champion as a Cardinal wrestler in addition to a couple of JrHi state titles. |
| Every summer about this time, High School wrestlers from across the nation meet in Fargo to find out who is the best and show college coaches if they can make it at the next level. Its no coincidence that the same kids earning medals in Fargo are the same ones standing on the awards platform at their respective state tournaments in the winter. Collinsville wrestler Gary Wayne Harding, wrestling 132 lbs for team Oklahoma, placed 3rd and helped his Oklahoma team finish as well a they have in several years. Team Oklahoma, Coached by Collinsville coach Wes Harding had 9 wrestlers win medals and earn All-American status.
