The new fundraising packet has been set out with your High School Band member. It will run for two weeks ending on January 22. Please have your child collect money up front.

The Washington DC trip (May 23-May 28) price has gone up to $850 so that a nicer hotel in a better area could be reserved. The next payment is due on January 25. $150 per person going.

The Middle School trip payment is due next Tuesday. The total cost for that trip is $180.00

The Coronation and the Spring Concert has been combined. They will be on April 30 at the Owasso PAC (same place as Winter concert). More information about Coronation will come sooner to that date.

Saturday, January 19 at noon will be a clean up day at the football concession. The cage will be cleaned out as well as the actual concession. If you would like to volunteer to help please be there at 12pm.

The Winter Guard needed a new practice floor (a portable floor that is taken to each competition) the Band Booster approved a motion to pay for half of the floor.

The Spaghetti Dinner/Silent Auction has a tentative date of March 2. We decided last night that we would do the silent auction on baskets and a live auction on desserts just like last year. We are requesting that people please start asking for donations for the baskets from people you know or the places you work. You may drop any donations off at the next band booster meeting or at the my office (the Collinsville News, 1113 West Main St) and I will get them to the appropriate person. We will also ask Mr. Newhart to have the Band Student Council to ask each individual class (6th-12th) to bring specific items to make baskets. We will also need people to donate desserts and volunteer to serve food.

Also, it was voted on last night that next years Booster dues will be $10 per person.
