Miss Collinsville and Miss Collinsville Outstanding Teen Pageant
will be Saturday, February 16th at Faith Fellowship Church in
Collinsville at 6:30pm. (same location as it's been the past 4
years). And YES there is EXCITING NEWS!!! Kelsey Cartwright Horton,
Miss Oklahoma 2008, and a Collinsville graduate, will be our Emcee

is EXCITING NEWS!!! Kelsey Cartwright Horton, Miss Oklahoma 2008,
and a Collinsville graduate, will be our Emcee for the evening.
We are more than pleased that our Hometown girl wants to continue
to be involved in any way she can. She truly is the most kindhearted
person I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. Kelsey
continues to be a positive influence on many young woman all across
this great state. So much so, that there are several Collinsville
High School girls that will be competing in this years pageant.
YAY!!!! That truly is excellent news for our pageant and this

received (unofficial) word that the Miss Collinsville Pageant
will be Feb.16, 2013 and that Kelsey (Cartwright) Horton will
be the emcee. I don't know location, time, or any other details?

Kelsey
(Cartwright) Horton was emcee for the 2013 Miss Collinsville Pageant. She was
also emcee here in 2010 and 2009. Kelsey (a 2006 CHS grad) was a 2006 Miss Collinsville
contestant and was Miss Oklahoma
in 2008.
