| Thanksgiving In Kansas For Speech Contest |
| While most of us
were enjoying the first few hours of our Thanksgiving Break several Collinsville
FFA members were on their way to Kansas to compete. On November 26, 2013
FFA students Cori Ingram, Maddy Roberts, Savanna Ramsey, and Marq Mendiola
took place in Caney, Kansas speech contest. Cori Ingram placed 2nd in
the Advanced Creed Division and Maddy Roberts placed 5th in the Freshman
Creed Division.

FFA chapter has come across scrapbooks, pictures, and article clippings
from around the 40’s time frame. We would like for anyone who is
interested to stop by the ag building to look through the items. If any
pictures are of you or family you are welcome to take them!

FFA chapter has received the opportunity to become a sister chapter to
another chapter in Odenville, Alabama. Sister chapters give students across
the United States an opportunity to learn about other chapters, students
will share what they do as a chapter and community and such. We are looking
forward to the advancement outside of our home and community.
