Patchworkers (September Meet)
The Collinsville Patchworkers met at the Library, Sept. 11, 2012, and enjoyed a program on various marking tools, presented by Patti Schneider. Donations were accepted for Newborns In Need, The Cancer Hospital of Tulsa, and October's "purple hats for newborns" to promote child abuse awareness.

Two new fabric stores were mentioned - the Owl and Drum on Cherry St. in Tulsa, and another shop in Claremore at the corner of Davis and Blue Star.

Details about the upcoming Retreat were shared, as members tried to figure how many sewers AND their sewing machines would fit per car! The consensus of opinion was....not many!

The next meeting will be 7 PM, Oct. 9 at the Library - visitors are welcome!
