Boot Camp - Mon, Wed, Fri - 5:30am, 10:30am (by appt), 6pm, (1hr sessions) - $45/month

Weightlifting - Athlete Training Camp - May 28th - June 29th from 9am-11am ($100 reg. fee)

Kids Fitness Get Out & Play Day Camps (1hr) - weekly camp starting the week of June 4th from 10am-11am and is $25/child/week and snacks are provided

"The Great X-Challenge of 2012" where teams of 2 will compete in a Crossfit style competition and all money is to go toward NEW CARDIO EQUIPMENT for the gym - entry of $40/team (May 20th at noon)
