The 2012 Cardinal Track and Field Pie Auction will be held on March 5th at 6:30pm in the Collinsville High School Commons Area. Baked goods and Cardinals Track gear will be on sale with all proceeds going to the boys and girls track program, grades 7-12. Tyler Sherwood (#1) was greeted by his teammates after his 2nd inning homerun. The 2-run homer gave Collinsville a 3-0 lead over Skiatook at that point.
This photo is a day earlier (Sunday March 4th) and not CHS ... but rather a young boys baseball team and a girls softball team sharing the field at the City Park for practice.
The Collinsville soccer girls scored their first goal against Pawhuska on a corner kick. I couldn't tell who to credit this goal to and don't have a roster yet so will be limited on IDs for awhile. -- Ted
