Caring Van Offering Immunizations at Collinsville Middle School |
Immunizations will
be available at CMS on April 4 at 10:00am for all middle school students.
Our goal is to target those students who will be moving into 7th grade
in the 2012-2013 school year. New state laws passed this year require
all 7th graders to have a Tdap booster before they can attend school.
The Caring Van will be available to give all vaccines including HPV and
meningitis. Forms can be printed by visiting the Health and Nursing page
on the school website or they may be picked up in the middle school office.
