4. PUBLIC HEARING – on proposed Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Budget for all Funds. -- no public comments (I was the only "public" -- Ted)

5. Discussion and possible action concerning proposed Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Budget for all Funds.

6. Approval of Resolution Number 2012-05 and Resolution Number 2012-06 regarding to Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Budget for all Funds. -- Approved with no discussion ... the whole session took just a few minutes. City Manager Pam Polk did mention that the city is switching phone service from AT&T to Logix and expects to save ~$600 per month.

Previous Coverage: Just found out the city is having their work-session on the city budget in less than a half hour -- Ted -- (i.e. 4pm at city hall Wednesday 5/30/2012) ... the $4,237,032 budget for 2012-13 will also be subject to a public hearing before the June 7th commission meet. -- Ted 9:30pm Wed. -- 6/3 Update: the budget hearing is not on the June 7th agenda.
