A crew from Reco Enterprised braced the walls and removed the collapsed roof between Friday July 13th and Monday July 16th. The July 16th City Commission re-confirmed their Wednesday July 11th emergency approval of that safety based contract. They did not discuss re-roof options at Monday's regular session.
While the Veterans Building roof was being removed the former 4-H / Senior Citizens Building on the other end of the fair barns was leveled and removed.
