Wilson Character Kids: "Change"

Students at Wilson Elementary are studying the character word "change" during the month of January. Our definition of change is: to become different or make something different. Our quote is: "You change your life by changing your heart." Anonymous. Our students are working on learning to change for the better.

The first and second grade classes have chosen character kids who exemplify change for the past two weeks.

Patchwork Quilters January Meet
The Collinsville Patchworkers met Jan. 10, and enjoyed a program on how to piece a "Tossed 9-Patch" block, and also about tools and methods to sharpen rotary cutter blades.The colors for the February 14 "Nickel Swap" will be reds, purples, & pinks.
