just discoved the new shade structure behind Herald Elementary and have since
found it is a PTO project and will be used as an outdoor classroom setting among
other uses. -- Ted

4 Collinsville Cross Country teams didn't get to spend much time under their
short portable shelter as they were usually out cheering on the other teams.
