7U Baseball Champs
The 7U Collinsville RedSox Baseball Team went Undefeated at the Champions Baseball Shootout Tourney this weekend. The boys scored a total of 48 runs and only allowed 16 runs scored against them. Each one of these boys did a great job fielding the ball and making great plays as well as batting. The parents, grandparents and coaches are very proud of them. Keep up the good work boys! CONGRATS REDSOX!!!

The boys who played this weekend are: Front Row ~ Will Thetford, Tucker Carson, Seth Kickapoo, Cayden Stout and Tristan Cottingim. Middle Row ~ Kade Kelley, Connor Layfield, Payton Stacy, Chayse Schlomann and Travis Weide. Coaches ~ Travis Weide, Collins Kickapoo and Thad Thetford.

Big Weather Potential
Collinsville had a spectatular view of massive clouds (these before 9pm Sunday) but was spared damage or even rain as other northeast Oklahoma communities were hit by hail and tornados. Joplin, Missouri, had already been hit (about 5pm Sunday) by a devastating tornado May 22, 2011.

Donations for Tornado Victims in Joplin -- Oologah Assembly of God will be taking a load of clothing, shoes, and toiletries to the tornado victims in Joplin, MO. American Bank of Oklahoma in Collinsville is going to be a drop off site for anyone that would like to donate items. The church will be taking everything to Joplin on Wednesday May 25, so please bring donations by Tuesday May 24 by 5 pm.
