One of Collinsville's newest businesses opened in February 2011 at 1023 W. Main. Scoops & Grinds is "your internet coffee ice cream soda parlor" accoring to their brochure. The owners are Chris Broyles & Judy Davis.
The business location at 11th and Main was most recently the former office of the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce (which has since moved a block further west on Main) but once was the home of the "Oklahoma State Bank". That bank occupied the corner location in 1910 after the building was first completed.

The Collinsville Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting March 3rd for the new Scoops & Grinds at 11th & Main in Historic Downtown Collinsville.
