enjoying the summer break. I know many of you have been attending football
camps, church camps, mission trips, family vacations, summer baseball
and basketball games, wrestling camps, mowing yards, hauling hay, and

In Air National Guard

Steven
Gerber, a 2008 graduate
of Collinsville High School enlisted with the Oklahoma Air National Guard
last October. He will be leaving for basic training on Tuesday, June 28th
for Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Upon graduation on
August 26th, he will then be stationed at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri where
he will be attending school for heavy equipment operations. His family
and friends wish him much love and Godspeed on this journey in his life.

DUI Sobriety Checkpoints |

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol will conduct DUI Sobriety checkpoints in Tulsa County on 6-30-11 & 7-1-11. The areas of concentration will be Admiral Blvd near 177th E. Avenue, as well as US Highway 64 & Quanah. These locations were chosen as concentrated areas of DUI violations as stated by Troopers who typically work these areas. "The main focus
of this special emphasis is to arrest DUI and alcohol offenders and
