JrHi Football July Redding Report
Jr. Hi Football Update (6/28/2011)

Hope everyone is enjoying the summer break. I know many of you have been attending football camps, church camps, mission trips, family vacations, summer baseball and basketball games, wrestling camps, mowing yards, hauling hay, and just helping out around the home.
But it is time to put “Cardinal Football” on the front burner.
It’s hotter than a firecracker outside, and it is time to begin to get our bodies in shape for August practice.
All sessions of summer pride begin July 6th.
Summer Pride involves lifting weights, flexibility drills, agility drills and conditioning drills. Athletes should wear t-shirt, shorts and athletic shoes. Football shoes will be best during agility drills.
All players are expected to bring “CODE RED EFFORT”.
Workouts will be at the high school practice facility.
Freshmen will workout at 8:45-9:45am. Workouts will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
8th grade will workout at 8:45-9:45am. Workout will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
7th grade will workout at 10:00-11:00am on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
All athletes will need a physical before August 9th. We have the forms in the football office. If you are a new student to Collinsville Schools you will need a New Student form for the OSSAA.
Enjoy the 4th of July Celebration and we are looking forward to seeing you at Summer Pride.
It’s great to be a CARDINAL.

Coach’m up
