Hannah's Helping Hands, Inc. — Our Mission
We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization providing financial assistance to families with children battling cancer. Many families need help with the most basic needs for their families during this fight for their child’s life. Some must leave work for months and even years to care for their sick child and the financial loss can be devastating. Our goal is to help as many families being treated locally as possible. We help with basic needs such as gas & food cards, groceries, wigs, utility payments, prescriptions, medical co-payments, rent/housing as well as other expenses. Our referrals come from doctors, nurses and staff at a local children’s hospital in Tulsa as well as our local communities.

These riders posed for a group photo before departing Collinsville Friday afternoon.
This was the view Friday afternoon (June 24th) as about 16 riders left Collinsville (from the parking lot at Greybeards) headed towards Canada.
The group was together heading east towards Highway 169 Friday but I had heard some would head north on 169 while others planned to jog down south a bit to Highway 20 to take the turnpike from Claremore. The only report I heard during the trip was a Facebook update by Janet Pavey that some were in Minnesota heading north mid-day Saturday.
The riders were checking their packs and applying lots of sun block Friday before departure in high 90's temperatures.
Channel 6 TV had a report on Friday evening and OETA (ONR) had a Video online Friday and followed the bikes out of town, so I suspect there may be additional coverage later.
All but 2 or 3 riders had arrived back at Greybeards in Collinsville when I checked Sunday June 26th at the 48 hour mark. Hannah's Helping Hands folks were still gathering receipts and tallying results Sunday and I'll update here when I receive an update. -- Ted 5:30pm Sunday.
Fox 23 News was filming some footage Sunday at Greybeards for their anticipated 9pm Sunday coverage of the event (with a few extra passengers that did not make the trip ... at least they weren't on board when the bikes left Friday). -- Ted
