Animal Haven (a 501(c)3 No-Kill Animal Shelter located in Collinsville,
OK) is sponsoring its 2nd Annual Casino Night Fundraiser at the Bailey
Education Foundation (on the campus of the Bailey Medical Center) on Saturday,
April 23rd, 2011 from 6PM-10PM. Last year we had over 125 people attend
and this year we intend to double that number! We hope to make this our
biggest fundraiser of the year!
You or your company
can play a vital part in our Casino Night by becoming a sponsor. This
could be an excellent advertising opportunity you as we will be happy
to display any banners, brochures, coupons, or flyers our sponsors provide!
Your donation can
be in the form of money or prizes. Prizes will need to have a minimum
value of $200. Prizes MUST BE submitted no later than April 15th, 2011.
Money and prize sponsorship levels are below:
Sponsorship Level:
Table Sponsor ($200)
Your company’s name will be displayed on a game table and on our
projection screen, and will be announced throughout the evening by our
MC.
Jack of Diamonds ($500)
Same benefits as Table Sponsor, PLUS 2 tickets to Casino Night for you
or your employees AND an extra $200 play money.
Queen of Hearts ($1,000)
Same as Table Sponsor, PLUS 4 tickets to Casino Night for you or your
employees AND an extra $400 play money.
King of Clubs ($2,500)
Same as Table Sponsor, PLUS 6 tickets to Casino Night for you or your
employees AND an extra $600 play money.
Ace of Spades ($5,000)
Same as Table Sponsor, PLUS 10 tickets to Casino Night for you or your
employees AND an extra $1000 play money.
Straight Flush VIP ($10,000)
Same as Table Sponsor, PLUS 20 tickets to Casino Night for you or your
employees AND an extra $2,000 play money.
A copy of our tax-exempt
