This is just a portion of the group that enjoyed a traditional Indian dinner in Collinsville Sept. 3rd, 2010 after a tour of Cherokee facilities in Oklahoma. Several in the group were part of a Cherokee Delegation from Washington D.C. The group gathered at the Victory Cherokee Organization's Community Center adjacent to the Victory Indian Cemetery near the north end of 12th Street in Collinsville.
Hollywood actor and former Collinsville resident, Wes Studi, along with many family members were part of the delegation at the VCO in Collinsville Sept. 2, 2010. Wes most recently appeared in the Avatar movie per the 1.22.2010 Tulsa World. A few other movies Wes has appeared in include "Dances With Wolves", "The Last of the Mohicians" and "Geronimo".

Among guests at the Victory Cherokee Organization (VCO) dinner here Thursday evening (for a Washington DC delegation gathering ) were Buel Anglen (CherokeeTribal Council District 8), Maggie Studi (Collinsville resident) & her son actor Wes Studi.
