Collinsville City Commission will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October
18, 2010, at Collinsville City Hall, Commission Chambers, 106 N. 12th Street,
Collinsville, Oklahoma.

5. Consideration and possible action relating to a request for Commission
approval of the Consent Agenda. All matters listed under “Consent”
are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by
one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from the Consent
Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.
A. Approval of October
# 1 Payroll in the amount of $40,118.12.
B. Approval of Claims in the amount of $25,895.05.
C. Approval of Minutes of the October 3, 2010 Regular Meeting.
D. Approval of Supplemental Budget Amendment in the amount of $4,570.16 for
Park Department.
E. Approval of Supplemental Budget Amendment in the amount of $10,000.00 for
REA P Grant.
F. Approval of Supplemental Budget Amendment in the amount of $230.00 for
Reimbursement of Training Expense.
G. Approval to close Main Street from 9th Street to 14th Street from 10:30
a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for the Annual Veterans Day Parade.
6. Discussion and possible
action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda.
7. New Business (business
which was not foreseen prior to the posting of this agenda.)
