Collinsville fire fighters responded to a house fire at 1318 W. Broadway about 5:30pm Thursday March 18th (just a block from the fire station). The occupants of the home had already evacuated with no injuries but the home was seriously damaged before the flames could be extinguished. The cause of the fire was not yet know but may have started in the bathroom where the flames were most visible in the photos above. I didn't get the name of the occupants (relatives of the Lowe-Hadley family). -- Ted
