City
Park Fun |
I made my first trip to the Collinsville City Park Sunday (Jan. 3rd) since 3 snows have fallen started Dec. 24th. This pair had the sled hill to themselves mid-day Sunday but there was a pile of broken sleds at the bottom of the hill from the previous week. -- Ted |
Thank
You |
The Collinsville Livestock Sales, Butcher Feed Trough Café, and Collinsville Downtown Inc want to thank the Collinsville community for their generous donations of toys, clothing and food which were given to needy families in the area, days before Christmas. "The families were very appreciative and a bit shocked when we started bringing several big bag of gifts and food to their vehicles!" said Cheri Buschmann, Program Director of Collinsville Downtown Inc. One family even received a pre-lit tree I bet their seven children were excited to see that". Again our thanks to so many generous people in Collinsville who helped make Christmas a little brighter for families in need. |
