Additional Medical Care?
|Based on the "NEO Urgent Care" occupant listed on the new sign installed Jan. 6th, 2010 at the Collinsville Family Clinic ... I assume we have another local choice for medical care. Check back for additional info. -- Ted 1/7/2010|
Checking The Bids
|City Cleck Angela Long and City Park Architect Keith Franklin opened the 4 bid packets received for Collinsville City Park improvements Wednesday Jan. 6, 2010. Sixteen contractors had attended the pre-bid meeting in December. The base bids received (ignoring 9 alternative deductions & some direct equipment purchases by the city) ranged from $622,345 to $912,626. PamPolk reported during her Jan. 7th report at the Chamber meet that the lowest bidder has withdrawn their bid after the bid opening yesterday. The apparent next low (base) bid was $749,000. Action on the 3 remaining bids will likely be taken at the next City Commission meeting.|
