Curtis
Leon Hadley, 78, of Collinsville, OK passed away Saturday, July 4, 2009 in Tulsa.
He was born March 29, 1931 in Leedey, OK to Gerald Arvin and Georgia Isabelle
(Murphy) Hadley. He moved to the Collinsville area 73 years ago at the age of
5. He met and married Donna Clark in 1950. Together they raised 2 children. Curtis
worked as a Home Builder until his retirement. Some of his former employers included
Oral Roberts University and Phillips. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene,
where he taught Sunday school and was a Board Member. One of his hobbies included
woodcarving, in which he was a member of the Northeast Oklahoma Woodcarvers. He
also liked working cattle. Curtis main enjoyment was playing with his grandchildren
and great grandchildren. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. Visitation for Curtis will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m. at Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at the Collinsville Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Tim Odom officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery.
