Shelby Charles Volleyball Signing
CHS Senior Shelby Charles signed a letter of intent to play volleyball at Labette Community College (in Parsons, Kansas) Thursday (Dec. 11th) at CHS. She was joined at the table by her folks Aaron and Vickie Limbocker. Standing behind her were her CHS volleyball coach, Kelli Harrell, and her future Labette coach, Jennifer Ginn.
3rd Grade Basketball Boys
The Collinsville 3rd grade boys basketball team competed in the Sperry Basketball Tourney Dec.1st-6th. The team had 2 wins and 1 loss giving them 3rd place in the tournament.

Masonic Check Presentation For WWAH
A $2,000 matching check for the Ward-Wiseman Animal Haven's PetPalooza (held earlier this year) was presented to Dr. Susan Babbitt Thursday Dec. 11th, 2008 at the Collinsville Masonic Lodge #165. Charles Ramsey (2008 Worshipful Master of the lodge) presented the check to Dr. Babbitt with Chris Armistead and Mary Guifoyle looking on.
