Lacey Cook singled to start the Card's home half of the 1st inning and scored the only run of the first 3 innings (above) after Jesse Henry and Linsey Curtis singles.
Rachel Pitts got a 2nd inning single on this swing with her bat just starting to flatten the front side of the ball before it headed the other direction.
Collinsville pitcher Abby Miller has this 4th inning pitch headed to the target presented by catcher Rachel Pitts.

Collinsville 1 0 0 6 2 0 -
Vinita 0 0 0 0 4 0 0
4th inning singles by Emilee Richburg, Brittni Schmauss, and Lacey Cook put Collinsville up 2-0. A Jesse Henry walk then loaded the bases for Mariah McElroy.
Mariah McElroy hit a 3-run triple in the 4th inning to put the Lady Cards up 5-0. Mariah scored on a Linsey Curtis sacrafice fly (6-0).
Kristie Moore capped off the 6 run Cardinal 4th inning with a single scoring Kasidy Murphy (#13) who was running for Abby Miller who had walked (7-0).
Collinsville's 7-0 lead was cut by 4 in Vinita's 5th inning at-bat aided by this lead-off double (above) and several Lady Cardinal errors.
Abby Miller pitched into the 6th inning (with a 9-4 lead) before Kylee Cole came on in relief.
Kylee Cole gave up a leadoff walk in the 7th before striking out the next three batters to end the game against Vinita (at Claremore Sequoyah).
Vinita had a serious threat snuffed in the 6th inning. I can't recall exactly how pitcher Kylee Cole ended up on her knees at home, but from my notes believe the bases were loaded with 1 out. So from either a bunt or a throw Kylee threw to third where two base runners were tagged out ending the inning (or her knee forced the runner at the plate and only 1 tag at 3rd was necessary?). -- Ted
