| Dear Mr. Wright,
All the parents of the Oklahoma Titans 10/under baseball team would like to send out a big congrats, to all the players and coaches, on another 1st place victory last weekend at the Super Series Tournament at Allstar Sports Complex. They also played in an extremely exciting championship game over Memorial Day weekend where they took home 2nd place. The boys have done extremely well over the past few months and have earned the #1 national ranking for their division. We could not be more proud and we are looking forward to the State and National Championships coming up. We would also like to send out special thanks to Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood for making the Memorial Day Tournament even more special. I have included a picture of the 1st place Allstars with Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood at the Memorial Day Tournament. Way to go Titans!!!!!!!!! -- Submitted 6/6/2007 |

of Collinsville Animal Shelter 2007 Hogs and Hot Rods Photo Contest. Entry Form Bring your entry or entries to The Collinsville Library, 1223 West Main, Collinsville, Oklahoma on or before Saturday June 9, 2007 at 5:00 P.M. There is a $5.00 fee for each entry. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winners. Entries may be picked up after Friday June 15, 2007.

Be sure each photo is labeled with name and phone #. Read this form and submit a form with each photo. Winners will be featured on the Friends of the Collinsville Animal Shelter's (FOCAS) web site and will receive a cash prize. Proceeds will be used to help build the Collinsville Animal Shelter. The shelter is under construction and located at the corner of 129th E Ave and 156th Street North. (One mile north of 5th and Main in Collinsville) If one or more of my entries is selected, I agree to Friends of The Collinsville Animal Shelter’s use of the selected entries for promotion and publication. I have read the contest rules and affirm that this entry is in compliance with them. I understand that FOCAS assumes no responsibility for the photographs submitted and the photographs will not be mailed back…but may be picked up at Collinsville Library after June 15th.
