track: fence work continues; sod work delayed for bio-degradable underlying
mesh for field in center of track; latex top surface must wait for
a week of temperatures at least 50 degrees.

Williams reviewed Collinsville's Safety & Emergency Action Plans
as part of her OU Dr's thesis studies. She complemented Collinsville's
plans compared to 81 other schools she had reviewed.

offerred to the CHS basketball teams
- New
students in 2007 so far (10 at CHS, 2 at MS, 5 or 6 at Herald)
16) New Business: Janice Pollard recommended (&
the board approved) hiring Angie Means as an intervention specialist
on a temporray contract. This position and other expenditures are possible
due to a $63,000 grant to focus on enriching services to younger students
at risk of being special needs students later. Library, reading, math
and computer skills are just a few of the areas which are planned for
enhancement.
