Ken Chronister (before)
Former CHS boys basketball Coach Ken Chronister had just been named the "Coach of the Year" for Region 7 (basically Tulsa County) by the Oklahoma Coaches Association for the challenges of the 2007 Cardinal basketball season. But today he faced another challange as the CHS Assistant Principal. Making good on his committment to CHS students who improved their annual EOI test scores again by taking 4 "pies" in the face and a "chocolate" color change for his hair. The "payoff" today was for the results published in Sept. 2006. Four students were selected to represent the students passing the tests in English, Biology, Algebra and U.S. History by tossing a whipped cream pie in Ken's face.
