The parade route down Main Street was all clear of snow but many of Collinsville's side streets and shaded alleys still have an inch or so of ice almost 10 days after the Nov. 29-30 sleet & snow storm. The view above shows some of the parade entries staging in the city park near South Street at 15th Saturday morning.
