Industry Continues To Add Facilities, Employees and Worldwide Presence
Energy co-founder John Viskup addressed his employees, dignitaries, media and
visitors Friday at a ribbon cutting ceremony marking yet another expansion of
facilities at the boiler manufacturing plant just north of 126th St. N. and
east of Garnett Rd. The company started about 6 years ago with three employees
and now has about 250 employees. The occasion also noted the recent approval
of a grant allowing the City of Collinsville to upgrade the delivery of electricity
to this and other potential industries in the area.
Representative Earl Sears, U.S. Representative John Sullivan, John Viskup and
Collinsville Mayor Stan Sallee tour the facilities.
Victory Energy employee took a turn at the simulator of the Rahal/Letterman
Racing Team Ethanol Indy race car which Victory helps sponsor.
