As Initial Winner

Contest Will Continue
Terry K. Jarrard Jr., Betty Caspers, Susan Catlett and Stefanie Dowdy each entered wonderful photos back in March and April in the first "Beautiful Collinsville" Photo Contest. Stefanie Dowdy's photo (above) was selected Monday August 14, 2006 as the first winner in that contest. She will receive $50 and have her photo displayed in City Hall until a new winner is selected. Stefanie took the winning photo in September 2004 at the Collinsville City Lake at about 7am as the sun was rising.

The contest sponsors have decided to open a second phase of the contest with new entries accepted now until near the end of 2006 when a second winner will be announced.
