Chapter X Collinsville, was instrumental in securing grants for Kelsi Miller and Rebyl Richardson. They each receive $750.00 from Oklahoma PEO Scholarship Inc. Both girls graduated from Collinsville High School May 2006. Rebyl is at University of Arkansas and Kelsi at Northeastern Oklahoma State University

Chapter X will be supporting the girls with cards, gift baskets and college items through out the year.

PEO is a philanthropic and educational organization interested in bringing to women increased opportunities for higher education. They provide scholarships for women worldwide. The PEO own and support Cottey College in Nevada, Missouri.
