With The Governor and Cherokee Delegation In Town Thursday I Only Had Time For a Few Photos at the Volleyball, Softball & JrHi Football Games Here
Volleyball -vs- Bixby
CHS Softball -vs- Glenpool
JrHi Football -vs- Skiatook
7th Grade: Collinsville won 25-11 & 25-14 (no photos)
8th Grade: 13-25 & 25-20 ... left before 3rd game (photos on this page)
9th Grade + JV + Varsity: no scores or photos
The Lady Cards were down 0-1 into the 6th inning. A controversial call left Collinsville with the bases loaded and 1 out (instead of 1st & 3rd 2-out) in the 6th and eventually scored 2 runs and held on for the win. (Previous Coverage) I have few photos from the mid portion of the 7th grade game. The Cards were down 0-30 when I left. No scores or photos for 8th or 9th grade games.

7th & 8th Grade Cheer

Kaycee Donelson (1st), Kylie Cole (pitching)
Brandon Schmauss (#4) with a kick off return has Tyler Ames (#20) and Isaac Dyer (#25) blocking.

Katie Bryant (above) followed a Katie Pellitier single with a bunt single in the 6th inning against Glenpool. She was in the middle of some confusion when she thought she was called out on a Jessie Henry fielder's choice. Coach Irvine had called and received a timeout while she was still on the playing surface. After much discussion she was returned to 2nd base (having never been tagged) and the bases were loaded (below). The throw to first on a Lacy Cook 2-out grounder was not fielded cleanly at first and the Cards scored 2 runs.
Shortstop Lacy Cook
Coach Rusty Poindexter walks out to talk to his 7th graders during a timeout against Skiatook Aug. 31st.
Michael Anderson (#12 red shirt) at QB for the Cards.
Note: I have 7th grade football roster but will save for a game with more photos.
I don't have junior high volleyball rosters.
