I found the following info on an ODOT web site this week while searching for info on the Highway 20 bridge to Claremore. It shows right of way and utility work on both the S-Curve and Blackjack Creek bridge projects in 2006-2007. It appears the bridge and approaches are not until later (2007-2009) and apparently this is the "Gateway" project (i.e. the bridge over Main ... not Broadway which must be completed first) -- Ted -- 8/22/2006

The CHS cheerleaders hosted the elementary cheer leaders in their annual camp earlier this August. They had a great turnout as the elementary program is exploding with all the new growth in Collinsville. The 4 day event is a great fundraiser for the HS cheerleaders and the young girls learn motions, cheers, jumps, and a dance. The two photos above, from the past few weeks, show some of the landscaping changes being made by the 1st Pentecostal Church at 1209 W. Oak. The property had formerly been the home of Collinsville's 1st Methodist Church (which is now called Meadowcreek and located east of town). The new 1st Pentecostal Church is pastored by Don Martin and also has a campus in Tulsa at 3029 S. 57th W. Ave.
Previous Coverage:
This 1963 photo show the original ~1900 Methodist Church building as the new sanctuary was being built that replaced it. The 1963 building has now become the 1st Pentecostal sanctuary in 2006.
