Dedication of Library Benches
Please join us May 6th at 1:30 for the Dedication of our Library Benches. The benches were given in Memory of Dick McCarty by his family and friends. Honored guest are Mary McCarty, Linda and Phil McCurdy The CV Library Red Bird Red Hats are hosting a reception immediately following the dedication. -- Dr. Susan Babbitt
The CHS Student Council will sponsor a Luau for the Senior Class Wed. May 11th from 8:15 am to 11:30 am in the HS Gym. This is the 4th year for this event. The Seniors will enjoy refreshments, a sand castle building contest, beach volleyball and karaoke. The rest of the student body and faculty are encouraged to dress Hawaiian to say Aloha to the class of 2005.

Incog Transportation Planning Link

A series of public meetings will be held throughout the region May 2-16. Comments will be accepted until May 18. Based on those comments the plan will be finalized and distributed for final public review and comment in June and July. Action by the Transportation Policy Committee on the final Destination 2030 plan is expected in August.

(Owasso May 9th, Skiatook May 10th are the nearest public meetings)

The front and rear entry ways to the heavy fire trucks at the new Fire/EMS building were being evacuated and refilled to make them more solid before final paving is added.
The new floor in the City Hall building has been poured and awaits the steel which is expected within a week.
