Minor Injuries & Road Blocked By Downed Line

Just as the tractor above was rounding the corner on Old Highway 169 (heading south towards the HorsePen Creek Bridge) the upright mower blade apparently snagged an overhead power line. The tractor was flipped to it's side and the line was pulled down blocking the turn eastward on Old 169 (not far from 166th St. North). The driver was obviously shaken up but did not appear to have serious injuries. The accident occurred at approximately noon Friday, July 22, 2005. Collinsville EMS and Rural Fire responded.
