| Late Hope -- Lenard Creek (#21) returned a punt to the Mannford 30 yard line with just a minute left in the game (above). Unfortunately the play was erased by an illegal block penalty and the ball stepped back to the Card's own 20 yard line. Taylor Montgomery (#28) came close to blocking that same punt (below) on the front end of the play . |

| Big Swing -- Collinsville came very close to pinning Mannford near the goal line on a punt early in the first quarter. The Card's had gotten the ball on a fumble recovery by Brandon Stites on Mannford's first series of downs. The Cards had picked up one first down before the punt above. |

| With time running down on the first quarter, Mannford did pin the Cardinals on their own 3 yard line (above). On the next play (below) QB Tyler Chronister (#5) hands off to Nick Rabbitt (#22) at the goal line but Mannford stuffed the play for a 2 point safety. That 0-2 score stood until 3:24 of the 4th quarter. |
