Collinsville's 6th graders defense was solid on the muddy field. The Mannford ball carrier above has 4 Cardinals bringing him to a halt. Doyle Lewis and another tackler have his feet while Tyler Lowe and another tackler take him high.

Previous Game
After a scoreless 1st quarter (all played in Mannford's side of the 50), Collinsville lined up (above) at about Mannford's 29 yard line and Tyler Lowe took a swing pass and ran it in for a Cardinal touchdown at 6:08 in the 2nd quarter. Lowe then ran in a two point conversion for an 8-0 lead.
After Mannford had evened the score at 8-8 (with an 11 yard pass and conversion with just 48 seconds left in the 1st half), Collinsville's Joe Keith ran the kickoff back to put Collinsville back in the lead with just 33 seconds left in the half. Trevor Rabbitt ran in the 2-point conversion for a 16-8 lead.
At 2:30 in the third quarter Tyler Lowe ran in a 40-yard touchdown avoiding the Mannford tacklers near the line and leaving them behind. The extra point run came up short leaving the score at 22-8.
